At Mianka Home, we prioritize customer satisfaction. When the products you purchase do not meet your expectations, we are here with our easy return and exchange policy.

Return Conditions

The following conditions must be met to return your products:

• Return request must be created within 14 days from the delivery date
• The product must be unused, untried, and in its original condition
• Original packaging, tags, and all accessories must be complete
• Application must be made with invoice or order number

Non-Returnable Products

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

• Products made to order or personalized products
• Products with signs of use or assembled products
• Products damaged by the customer

Return Process

You can easily complete your return:

Product Exchange

If you want to exchange the product you purchased for a different color, size, or model, the same return process applies. Simply inform our customer service of your exchange request. Exchange will be processed based on stock availability.

Refund

After the returned product reaches us and is inspected, your payment will be refunded to your account within 3-5 business days using the same payment method. For credit card payments, the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing time.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrived damaged or defective, you must submit a photo report within 24 hours of delivery. In this case, shipping costs will be covered by us and your product will be exchanged or refunded as soon as possible.
