Receive return approval and shipping code via email
Deliver the product in its original packaging to the contracted shipping company
Your return will be completed within 3-5 business days after the product reaches us
If you want to exchange the product you purchased for a different color, size, or model, the same return process applies. Simply inform our customer service of your exchange request. Exchange will be processed based on stock availability.
After the returned product reaches us and is inspected, your payment will be refunded to your account within 3-5 business days using the same payment method. For credit card payments, the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing time.
If your product arrived damaged or defective, you must submit a photo report within 24 hours of delivery. In this case, shipping costs will be covered by us and your product will be exchanged or refunded as soon as possible.
